Taxi Dispatch Client Login and eBilling
Dignity Transportation Inc., operators of the largest wheelchair accessible fleet in Southern Ontario, announce that they will launch a client login and eBilling feature as part of their ongoing commitment to their clients.
Once the newly designed application is in place, the new features will allow for advanced account and driver information to be available via secure login. Account inquiry will allow the client to login using the username and password provided, and view a list of invoices as well as detailed trip information.
The client will also be able to view general account information, such as email notification address and status, restricted addresses and amounts, default pickup and dropoff addresses, and other default account information. The driver will be able to view past and present trip information.
System Overview
This web-based database application has been designed especially for taxi or limousine companies. It allows management of customer accounts, and helps keep track of vehicle pickup and dropoff dispatch orders.
An efficient and flexible search facility helps the dispatchers enter, track, and monitor vehicle pickup and dropoff reservations. An advanced reporting system generates a variety of detail and summary reports for billing and consolidation purposes. It contains a number of time saving and flexible features.
