The list of features includes but is not limited to, full MLS style listing entry, upload and resize images on the fly automatically, build pages on your web site and turn them on and off as necessary, search engine optimization built directly into the CMS, favorite links component, guestbook component, events component and many, many more. Admin tools allow employees to manage users and user rights
• Interactive floor planners that allow visitors to view floor plans of the property and move furniture pieces to get a better idea of sizing
• Integrated Google mapping applications that can display a single listing along with local schools, shopping, hospitals and more on any web site
• Management of contacts, prospects, and preferred client sign up. Clients can sign up to receive automatic email notification as soon as a listing hits the market. This can also be done so the listing is sent to the preferred client list 24 hours before becoming active on the web site, providing these "Preferred Clients" with an opportunity for First Right of Refusal of sorts for any listing on the site
• Custom email newsletters directly from your site that you can manage. Send emails to your potential clients, past clients, other agents or any combination depending on what the email will contain. This would be an opt in - opt out emailing solution. This is a great way to inform clients of new listings or send holiday greetings to existing and past clients
• Complete customized reporting on sales, by agent, by agency, by community, by dollar value and more. The custom reports are generated from the listings you have in your inventory on the site. Generate reports for current, expired, canceled or sold listings
• Multiple Agents in one office can have personalized and customizable web sites based on their desires but using the same listings as the parent office. No need for double work load entering listings. (Requires Agent sites to be hosted on the same server as the Parent office)
• Upload video and/or slide show presentations directly to the site or generate a slide show from the images in the listing
• Create a "Talking Listing" by adding custom voice overs for the listings and uploaded to the site via the CMS
• Custom PDF Printer built into the server so each listing can be produced as a PDF file directly from the listing. Clients or potential clients can very easily produce a custom PDF flyer for any listing
• Custom PDF Flyers for listings that can be emailed and/or downloaded from the site as well as produced in Print Quality format so the agency can easily market valuable properties
